Introduction

Scrum is easy to learn and hard to master, and most of what goes wrong in practice is not the framework but the way a team uses it. In half a day you get the foundations, applied to business scenarios rather than explained in the abstract, so you leave knowing the events and the roles and able to put them to work in your own team.
